Laughing Heart Brand Overview
Laughing Heart Co. is a wellness and creative goods brand. It was created from my own experience of learning how to reconnect my mind and body in a way that felt honest and sustainable.
After losing 75 pounds through small, consistent changes in mindset, nutrition, and movement, I wanted to share everything that helped me get here, as well as function as an outlet for my creativity and passion for fine art.
This brand exists to offer simple, practical tools through digital guides, while also reminding people that change is possible. I truly believe everyone is capable of more than they think, and Laughing Heart Co. was built to share that belief and bring hope to those who may feel stuck, disconnected, or just trying to create a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Digital guides are sold through Linktree. Fine Art Prints, stickers, and other creative goods are sold through my Etsy.
