Hi, I’m Susie!

I've been a fine artist for as long as I can remember. I studied art at Temple University's Tyler School of Art, and over the past 12 years I've built a career as a brand designer and art director, working across agency, in-house, and freelance settings to bring ideas to life visually. Laughing Heart Co. is where that professional craft meets personal purpose.

The brand Laughing Heart Co. is inspired by the poem of the same name by Charles Bukowski. Its message that this life is the only one we get, and it's worth truly knowing that while we have it. That idea became the spark for this brand, it serves as a reminder to live with intention and stay aligned with what I really love doing.
